How many guests can participate?

The Whimsy Bloom Bar can accommodate intimate gatherings as well as large-scale celebrations. We customize each experience based on your guest count and event needs.

Absolutely. We can curate blooms and color palettes to complement your event theme, brand colors, wedding palette, or overall aesthetic.

What is PlantWave?

PlantWave is an innovative technology that translates the natural electrical activity of plants and flowers into beautiful ambient music. Guests can listen to the unique melodies of their bouquet, creating a one-of-a-kind sensory experience.

How much space is needed for the Bloom Bar?

We typically recommend a space of approximately 6’ x 8’ to comfortably accommodate the bloom cart, floral display, and guest interaction area. We can adjust the setup based on your venue and event layout.

Do you provide setup and breakdown?

Yes. Every Bloom Bar experience includes delivery, setup, styling, and breakdown so you can enjoy your event without worrying about the details.

Do you travel?

Yes! Elevated By Nikki proudly serves South Florida and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and peak seasons. Availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

What do guests take home?

Each guest leaves with a hand-selected bouquet they created themselves, beautifully wrapped in their bouquet bag and ready to enjoy long after the event has ended.
